Job Description:
- Accomplishes recruiter objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct prescreening interviews.
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
- Maintains data entry requirements
Requirements:
- BA Degree in related field
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
