Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Northern NJ area of the NY Metro market. In this role, you will play a key part in driving hiring efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers and local leadership to build high-performing teams that support our continued growth. What You'll Do:
Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of field and office roles, ensuring alignment with both role requirements and company culture Manage the end-to-end recruiting process—from writing job descriptions to extending offers Build strong talent pipelines through hiring events and proactive networking Maintain an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and transparency Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless handoff to local teamsWhat You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment—experience in skilled trades or service industries is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (iCIMS experience preferred)What We Offer:
