This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at identifying top talent while creating a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage open positions on Indeed, LinkedIn, school career boards, and other relevant recruiting platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and vocational programs to attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, teams/zoom and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, and relevant parties
- Prepare candidates for each stage of the interview process by providing information about the company, role expectations, and interview requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain organized candidate records.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Assist with employment offers, onboarding coordination, and other hiring-related administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience required.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Professional, personable, and able to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for multi-location operations or service-based industries.
- Existing relationships with colleges, vocational schools, or professional organizations.
- Knowledge of employment and hiring best practices.
