Duties Identify and recruit eligible patients through healthcare provider collaborations, patient database searches and targeted advertising campaigns. Screen potential participants by reviewing medical histories, conducting interviews, and assessing eligibility criteria in accordance with study protocols. Educate patients about the purpose, and benefits of clinical trials. Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits. Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, patient interactions. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, GCP standards, and protocol requirements during patient interactions. Assist in managing EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems for efficient data collection and tracking of patient information. Qualifications Proven experience in patient recruitment or related healthcare roles. Strong understanding of medical terminology. Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse patient populations and healthcare providers. Familiarity with statistical software, data management tools.
