What You'll Do:

Proactively identify qualified insurance candidates through resume boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. Recruit candidates for insurance sales representative, customer service, leadership, and agency ownership opportunities. Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess experience, motivation, communication skills, and career goals. Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruiting process. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers or agency leadership.
