Healthcare / Radiation Oncology We are seeking a personable and motivated Physician Relations Manager to help grow our radiation oncology practice in Carson City and the surrounding Northern Nevada area. This field-based position focuses on building relationships with physicians, medical practices, hospitals, and other healthcare referral sources. The ideal candidate knows the Northern Nevada healthcare community and enjoys networking, developing relationships, and representing medical practice in the community. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and medical practices Visit physician offices and healthcare organizations throughout the territory Introducing physicians and office staff to our radiation oncology services Develop new physician referral relationships Strengthen existing referral relationships Identify referral opportunities and barriers Coordinate physician introductions, office visits, and outreach activities Participate in healthcare networking and community events Track outreach activity, referrals, opportunities, and follow-up Share market and referral feedback with practice leadership Support practice growth and business-development initiatives What We're Looking For Experience in physician relations, provider relations, healthcare business development, medical marketing, or medical sales preferred Existing relationships within the Carson City/Northern Nevada medical community are highly desirable Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, outgoing, and comfortable meeting with physicians and medical office staff Self-motivated with excellent follow-through Oncology or specialty healthcare experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Why Join Us?
