Executive Recruiter

Volt is immediately hiring an onsite Executive Recruiter in Las Vegas, NV . Fully onsite role --- Option work 1 day from home when converted Will be recruiting for Accounting, IT, Finance roles As an Executive Recruiter , you will: Develop and lead comprehensive recruiting strategies to market the company's brand and address unique staffing challenges. Manage a requisition workload of approximately 20-50 openings, conducting full-cycle recruitment including proactive sourcing, job postings, networking, interviewing, and offer support. Lead candidates through the end to end interview process. Meet with hiring managers to assess current and future hiring needs. Conduct phone and in-person interviews; pre-screen resumes; analyze candidate responses; verify references; and assess qualifications against job requirements. Build and maintain candidate pipelines. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

Shift:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Executive Recruiter candidates must meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 4 years of IT, accounting, or finance recruiting experience required Minimum 4 years of experience using applicant tracking systems required Minimum 3 years of advanced talent sourcing experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);

Preferred Qualifications:

7 years of recruiting experience Familiarity with SilkRoad Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Pay:
