Summary:

The primary goal of this position is to recruit, onboard and retain providers, increase community awareness, and foster relationships for and between Catholic Health (CH) and Trinity Medical providers. The Provider Recruiter & Retention Liaison will work with the Directors of the Physician Enterprise (PE) Department to source qualified provider candidates through a variety of methods to ensure that the candidates are a fit for both the cultural and professional needs of the organizations. The Provider Recruiter & Retention Liaison must demonstrate aptitude in program development and implementation with strong customer service skills. The Provider Recruiter & Retention Liaison must be self-directed with a high level of accountability and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

Three (3) to five (5) years of professional healthcare recruitment or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

Strong organizational, analytical and complex process management abilities, including planning and time management Must have the ability to effectively work and communicate with all disciplines and levels of professionals Sales, marketing and/or public relations experience helpful Working knowledge of immigration laws a plus
