Advanced Dermatology, PC/MD Alliance Solutions, LLC is seeking a passionate and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter with general knowledge in Human Resource to join our team and help us build a talented workforce dedicated to excellence in healthcare. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier healthcare professionals. This includes managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contributing to the company's strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future openings. Manage offer negotiations, onboarding processes, and candidate communication. Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and licensing requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. (Paylocity preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
