Immediate start through February 2027 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a long-term temporary assignment in Commack, NY. This individual will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be proficient with either Greenhouse or Workday ATS . Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruiting channels Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed Required Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or corporate environment Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or Workday is required Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting professional, administrative, corporate, or operational hiring Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Benefits of the Assignment Long-term temporary opportunity through February 2027 Competitive hourly compensation Collaborative, team-oriented environment Immediate start available
