What You'll Do:
Work closely with the leadership team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job postings and announcements. Create and lead the internship program including building college recruitment relationships and participating in college career fairs. Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications. Develop and release job postings on our applicant tracking system as well as utilizing social media for sourcing great candidates. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study. 3+ years of recruiting experience. Proficiency with software related products such as Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and OneNote). Why GPFS? Strong training plans and materials provided.
