$65-75k About the Opportunity CFS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts and help attract top talent across the organization. This role will partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, source and engage candidates, manage the recruitment process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities. Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities as needed. Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS. Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Support onboarding activities and other HR initiatives as needed. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruiting best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience. Experience managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism a nd discretion. EB-4530272026
