$44-54 Per HR Join a dynamic team in a hybrid work setting based in the New York, NY area.

This contract position involves working in a command center environment, ensuring the availability of critical systems. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with various technologies, including remote connectivity tools. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage system operations to ensure continuous availability. Utilize remote connectivity tools for effective communication and issue resolution. Adhere to security and operational policies with precision. Participate in extensive training programs to enhance operational skills. Collaborate with team members to improve procedural documentation. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively in English. Familiarity with cybersecurity and policy training materials. Proficiency with Windows interface and related tools. Experience in creating and improving technical procedural documentation. Knowledge of data transfer protocols and ticketing software is a plus.
