Job Description

Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Director of Talent Acquisition in the day-to-day execution of recruitment for Narrow Security's field positions. This role is responsible for posting job advertisements, pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing broader administrative support to the recruitment function. It is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, organized professional looking to grow their career in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, multi-state security services company. Key Responsibilities Post and maintain job advertisements across job boards (e.g., Indeed) and other recruitment channels for open positions across all districts. Conduct initial pre-screening of candidate applications and resumes against role requirements. Perform phone or video pre-screen interviews to assess baseline candidate qualifications, availability, and interest. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers (DOMs, COMs, Field Supervisors, HR). Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipeline status within recruitment/tracking systems. Support offer letter preparation and e-signature routing. Coordinate new hire logistics in partnership with onboarding (e.g., background checks, required documentation, system setup). Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Assist with tracking recruitment metrics and preparing basic reporting for the Director of Talent Acquisition. Provide general administrative support to the Director of Talent Acquisition and the broader HR team as needed. Help maintain organized digital filing of recruitment materials, job descriptions, and candidate documentation. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a related administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously. Comfortable conducting phone/video screening calls and communicating professionally with candidates. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general comfort learning new software systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, or HRIS platforms. Experience in high-volume or hourly-workforce recruiting. Prior exposure to the security services, staffing, or similar industries. Schedule Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM Narrow Security is an equal opportunity employer. $77,500.00 per year
