Description We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet organizational staffing needs. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

+ Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and platforms

+ Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referrals

+ Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

+ Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments

+ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

+ Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

+ Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate records

+ Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding activities

+ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

+ Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow

+ Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

+ Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities

+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools

+ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
