Interviewing Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for a variety of roles, including high-volume and client-facing positions. This role focuses on sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate and new-hire experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Write and post job descriptions on job boards and recruiting platforms Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and databases Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Coordinate interview scheduling and communication Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings Prepare and extend job offers

Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish is required Must have a HSD/GED and 3+ years experience or bachelor's in human resource and related field with 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Must have experience managing full-cycle recruitment Must have strong interviewing and communication skills Must have ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Must have experience with ATS platforms Must have strong organizational and time-management skills Must have ability to handle confidential information with discretion #GA1

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
