Facility Services provides janitorial, day porter, concierge, handyman, and security services to Class A properties across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. You'll recruit and onboard the frontline team that makes our buildings shine. What you'll do every day Post jobs and source candidates on Indeed, social media, and in the community Call and screen 20+ applicants a day in English and Spanish Schedule interviews with supervisors and fill open positions within days Prepare offer letters, I-9s, and new hire paperwork Run new hire orientation and track every hire through day one You're a great fit if you have 2+ years of high volume recruiting (staffing agency, hospitality, retail, security, or facility services) Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish Urgency, follow through, and a friendly, confident phone voice Comfort with Microsoft Office and online job boards What we offer $22 to $25 per hour, based on experience Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, no nights or weekends Health benefits and paid time off A growing company where leaders are built from within Our team lives the
