We seek an enthusiastic individual for a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter position at our office in Akron, OH. Pay:
$40,000 Duties or responsibilities would include: Recruiting Interviewing Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks Employee Orientations and Coaching Safety training Attendance tracking Processing Payroll/Deductions Client Communication On-Site Client Check-Ins Problem Solving Issues General Office Duties The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communication skills Enthusiastic personality Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Must be able to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task Undergraduate degree (or pursuing) is preferred
