The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions within the organization. This role requires strong negotiation skills, an understanding of employment and labor laws, and the ability to manage relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Staffing Specialist will utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to attract top talent while ensuring a smooth hiring process. Duties Conduct thorough sourcing to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. Utilize ATS systems such as Bullhorn for tracking applicants and managing recruitment workflows. Engage in technical recruiting for specialized positions, ensuring candidates meet the required qualifications. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for the organization. Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions. Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent from universities. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive lead generation and relationship management. Collaborate with client contacts on employee orientation processes, employee evaluation, and training & development initiatives.
