Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Staffing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions within the organization. This role requires strong negotiation skills, an understanding of employment and labor laws, and the ability to manage relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Staffing Specialist will utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to attract top talent while ensuring a smooth hiring process. Duties Conduct thorough sourcing to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. Utilize ATS systems such as Bullhorn for tracking applicants and managing recruitment workflows. Engage in technical recruiting for specialized positions, ensuring candidates meet the required qualifications. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for the organization. Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions. Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent from universities. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive lead generation and relationship management. Collaborate with client contacts on employee orientation processes, employee evaluation, and training & development initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent management. Qualifications Proven experience in
HIGH VOLUME
recruiting or staffing roles with a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Knowledge of employment & labor law is essential for compliance throughout the hiring process. Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes is desirable. Proficiency with AI Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various platforms like Linkedin or Indeed. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment.
