Pivot Staffing, one of the fastest growing staffing firms in the Midwest, seeking a Staffing Managers to work in our Canton office. Pivot has six Midwestern offices- West Chester, Oxford, Cleveland, Akron, Canton along with an office in Detroit, MI. Staffing Managers:

• $30K to $35K base salary
• Monthly commissions and bonus in addition to base salary above!

• Monday thru Friday Two main duties for Staffing Managers include: 1.

Making Quality Placements:

a. Recruiting using our CRM, Indeed, OMJ, Social Media, Career Fairs, referrals b. Behavioral interviewing and scheduling candidates to start c. Use Sense technology to reach out to candidates 2.

Earning new client openings:

a. Get new biz from your existing clients by outperforming other staffing firms b. Develop new sales leads from your in-office interviews c. Identify companies that use staffing Ideal Staffing Manager candidates will have:

• Outside sales or retail management experience
• A comfort zone persuading and influencing hiring managers
• A comfort zone upselling, negotiating, and being competitive
• An interest to earn commissions, bonuses, and push for more
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
• Track record of success persuading and influencing accounts
• Strong multitasking ability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
