Contract-to-Hire LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual French-Speaking Recruiter for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who is fluent in both French and English and enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and supporting hiring initiatives across multiple departments. This is a first-shift opportunity offering a competitive salary and the potential for long-term employment.Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews in both French and English Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to candidates and hiring teams Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage recruiting activities and documentation Build relationships with passive candidates and develop talent networks Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsQualifications:
Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills Previous recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate, staffing, or agency environment Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniques Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferredBenefits:
