Cleveland, Ohio Position Summary Momentum Behavioral Health Services is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and community-minded individual to serve as a Community Outreach & Client Recruitment Specialist . This position is responsible for promoting Momentum Behavioral Health Services throughout the community and helping connect individuals and families who may benefit from our behavioral health services. This position requires a unique personality and a strong ability to connect with people . The ideal candidate must be comfortable getting out into the community, introducing themselves to new people, building relationships, talking about Momentum's services, and actively seeking opportunities to generate new client referrals. This is an active outreach position . The employee should not expect to spend most of the workday sitting in an office. Success in this role requires being visible in the community and consistently working to develop new referral relationships. 30-Day Introductory Period The first 30 days of employment will serve as an introductory period for both the employee and Momentum Behavioral Health Services to determine whether this position is a good fit. During the first month, the employee will be expected to demonstrate the ability to: Communicate confidently with individuals and organizations. Promote Momentum Behavioral Health Services professionally. Approach potential referral sources and community members. Build relationships within the community. Identify opportunities for client referrals. Attend community events and represent Momentum professionally. Follow through on outreach activities and commitments. Demonstrate motivation, reliability, and initiative. Meet the expectations discussed during the hiring process. At the end of the 30-day period, Momentum Behavioral Health Services will evaluate the employee's performance and determine whether the position is a good fit for the employee and the organization. Sign-On & 30-Day Bonus Employee will receive a $250 sign-on bonus upon starting the position. Employee will be eligible to receive an additional $250 bonus at the end of the first 30 days if the employee successfully demonstrates that they have fulfilled the responsibilities and expectations communicated during the hiring process. The 30-day bonus is based on successful completion of the introductory period and meeting the expectations of the position. Compensation The employee will receive a biweekly salary for the position. In addition to the biweekly salary, the employee will receive an additional recruitment fee for each qualified individual who successfully signs up for services with Momentum Behavioral Health Services , according to the organization's current recruitment incentive structure. Community Outreach Requirements The employee will be required to: Attend a minimum of two community events per month to promote Momentum Behavioral Health Services. Represent Momentum professionally at community events. Distribute marketing materials and educate community members about available services. Develop relationships with schools, churches, healthcare providers, community organizations, social service agencies, and other potential referral sources. Identify individuals and families who may benefit from Momentum's services. Follow up with potential referral sources and interested individuals. Maintain communication with Momentum regarding referrals and outreach activities. Participate in community networking and outreach opportunities as assigned. Key Responsibilities Recruit new clients and generate qualified referrals. Increase awareness of Momentum Behavioral Health Services within the community. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources. Attend community events and networking opportunities. Promote Momentum's services in a professional and engaging manner. Track outreach activities and referrals. Follow up with potential clients and referral partners. Communicate referrals to the appropriate Momentum staff. Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Meet established outreach and recruitment expectations. Comfortable with recruitment and performance-based incentives. Important Understanding of the Position Community outreach is not for everyone. This position requires someone who enjoys being around people, is comfortable approaching new people, and is willing to actively seek opportunities rather than waiting for referrals to come to them. The successful employee will be expected to get out into the community, build relationships, promote Momentum, and help bring new clients into services. This position does not involve providing clinical services unless the employee separately holds the appropriate credentials and is authorized by Momentum Behavioral Health Services to provide those services.

$1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
