Pay:
$32 - $34/hr This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH must be able to commute to Marysville, OH
  • Travel required to support college recruiting activities, career fairs, campus events, and hiring initiatives both in-state and out-of-state.
  • Average of 2-3 recruiting trips during the fall, 2-3 trips during the spring, and 1-2 trips during the summer.

  • Managing the full-cycle recruiting process for co-op, internship, and entry-level hiring needs across multiple business areas.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for recurring co-op, internship, and entry-level positions. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in college, university, internship, co-op, or entry-level recruiting programs.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.
