As a Recruiter you will be responsible for recruiting top talent, matching them with the right opportunity and building lasting relationships. Duties & Responsibilities Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy Research and develop recruiting leads for identified industries Recruit top talent to fill professional roles for assigned clients Utilizing skilled candidates for client outreach to fill open jobs at targeted companies. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport with community Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements Inputs and maintains candidate and client information in HRIS system Education & Requirements BA/BS degree in related field; 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or sales; preferably in the manufacturing or professional sector; equivalent combination of education and experience Familiar with the recruitment processes High proficiency and effective use of technology; Microsoft Office products Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills Integrity and confidentiality Critical thinker and problem-solving skills About The Michael Fuller Group Through Integrity, Trust and Connectivity The Michael Fuller Group provides sound people and business solutions.
