Your Impact You will play a critical role in helping Accelevation scale by identifying, engaging, and hiring the talent that powers our manufacturing operations. As an Associate Recruiter, you'll own recruiting activities for high-volume positions while ensuring candidates and hiring managers experience a fast, seamless, and high-quality hiring process. Your ability to balance recruiting, candidate engagement, and process execution will directly impact our ability to meet production goals, support growth, and build high-performing teams. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Recruit for manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, and skilled trades positions in a high-volume environment Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, community partnerships, and direct outreach Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce plans Manage candidate progression and requisition activity within the applicant tracking system Ensure timely communication with candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience Drive hiring process efficiency by identifying and removing bottlenecks Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination Support hiring events, job fairs, trade school partnerships, and workforce development initiatives Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase hiring speed, quality, and hiring manager satisfaction Qualifications 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, skilled trades, construction, or other high-volume environments Experience sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience working within an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate candidate records Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for hourly manufacturing, production, warehousing, or skilled trades positions Experience supporting hiring events, workforce partnerships, or community recruiting initiatives Familiarity with sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and direct outreach Experience working closely with operations, manufacturing, or production leaders Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonus (if applicable) Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with company match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance First-time homebuyer program Collaborative, high-energy workplace Our Core Values Safety
