Full Job Description Full Time Day Shift Monday-Friday Position Summary:
Responsible for recruitment, orientation, initial onboarding, and community outreach for company.
Responsibilities:
Ensure effective and efficient employment processes and procedures to recruit and retain a high-quality workforce. Plan, organize, direct and facilitate new employee orientation and support first year onboarding processes. Complete new employee data entry, lists, and accurately complete demographic and benefit data entry. Complete all steps of recruiting employees of full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, complete background checks, offer, onboarding, etc). Create and maintain community outreach initiatives to expand future candidate pool. Includes relationships with schools and programs, participating in career and job fairs, supporting clinical rotations. Maintain department records and collect statistical data for administrative, quality assurance, regulatory, and employee relations purposes. Train new HR employees on HR processes and systems. Promote positive communications with all levels of conduct. Daily involvement with confidential information and data. Consistently exercise sound reasoning and independent judgment skills. Ability to remain flexible with work hours periodically based on department needs Ability to prioritize daily work assignments, act independently, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate with integrity and professionalism. Continue professional development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations. Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization by performing other human resources duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:
Associates or bachelor's Degree in human resources or related business discipline or related experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience performing similar recruiting. Must have demonstrated skills in interpersonal communications and problem solving. Must have a working knowledge of Windows-based and Microsoft Office software applications. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and data. Proven ability to exercise sound reasoning and judgment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Safety & Physical Demands:
Will have limited exposure to biohazard substances and hazardous chemicals Be familiar with and adhere to safety, ergonomic and health policies of the Company. Comply with all PPE requirements when in the laboratory or other biohazard areas. Complete required safety training and health evaluations in a timely manner.
