Recruiter - Temporary We are currently seeking candidates with excellent communication skills for a client in Canton, OH! In this role you will be working with a company that has grown since their creation in 1947 to become a strategic supplier of choice for highly complex, integrated systems for the distribution and control of electric. Shift:

1st Shift, M-TH 7:00am-4:30pm, F 7:00am-11:00am - Can be flexible with schedule as long as working 40 hours a week

Pay:

$28-32/hr Based on

Experience Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job boards, social media networks, etc... Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone interviews Meet with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department leaders Attend job fairs as requested Utilize software including Oracle and Factory Fix Other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED 1+ years' experience in Recruiting Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Above average computer skills Experience using Oracle and/or Factory Fix a plus but not required
