Job Description

This position is an on-site role based in our North Canton, Ohio office. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our North Canton office to support business needs. Our office offers a welcoming and conveniently located work environment, including a cafeteria with hot meals, a coffee cafe, and gym for employees. Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for supporting field operations and corporate hiring needs through effective full-cycle recruiting. This role helps implement KAG's talent acquisition strategies, framework, and sourcing approaches to meet current staffing needs while supporting short- and long-term business objectives. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring priorities, proactively source and engage talent, and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. Essential Functions Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from requisition intake through offer and pre-employment processing. Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies. Post open positions, source candidates through multiple channels, review applications, and conduct phone screenings. Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Coordinate interviews, assessments, travel arrangements, and scheduling. Extend offers, send candidate communications, and create offer and rejection letters. Submit background checks and coordinate pre-employment drug screening. Represent the company professionally and act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process.
Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and follow established recruiting processes and timelines. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in high volume, metrics driven recruiting. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinker with the ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent. Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
