In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. Work days/hours:

Monday -Friday 9am-1pm (4hrs a day, 20 hrs per week) $17 per hour(bi-weekly pay)

5800 Lombardo Center, Seven Hills, Oh 44131 Responsibilities Source candidates through multiple channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and talent management software to ensure a diverse applicant pool. Conduct full cycle recruiting, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Manage high volume recruitment efforts efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting agencies to facilitate effective talent acquisition strategies. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Kenexa BrassRing to track applicant progress and generate recruitment reports. Conduct research on employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure all recruiting practices adhere to legal standards. Engage in campus recruitment initiatives and external recruiting events to attract emerging talent and expand the candidate network. Skills Exceptional communication, and relationship management skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers. Proven experience/previous experience recruiting Expertise in full cycle recruiting including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, internal recruiting, and high volume recruitment. Proficiency in social media marketing (recruitment) strategies for candidate outreach and employer branding. Ability to handle cold calling, research initiatives, and leveraging ATS platforms like Lever or Kenexa BrassRing for efficient recruitment workflows. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to train & develop team members and support succession planning efforts. Knowledge of employment law in talent management along with experience using HR legal compliance tools to ensure ethical hiring practices.
