This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process - from sourcing and screening candidates, to coordinating interviews and job offers, along with fully supporting applicants through the onboarding process and beyond!
What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls promptly with kindness, ensuring a positive and inviting experience. Be the first point of contact for walk-ins, offering a friendly and professional welcome. Assist applicants with onboarding and support them through the hiring process. Actively recruit and source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Review applications, conduct phone screens, and guide candidates through the process. Coordinate interviews and make sure candidates feel supported every step of the way. Partner with our hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and fullfill job orders with top talent in a timely manner. Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date with candidate information, documents, and notes. Consistently build a pipeline of candidates ready to work. Help shape and improve our recruiting strategies to bring in top talent. Represent our company at career fairs and community hiring events. Track recruiting activity and share updates with the team.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources. Strong communication skills—comfortable communicating with diverse backgrounds. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Comfortable with technology—experience with ATS software is a plus. A positive, team-oriented attitude, and a passion for helping people succeed.
