Role Description We are looking for an Entry Level Sales / Recruiter to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in Dublin, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing candidates through the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include identifying qualified talent, working closely with hiring managers, managing accounts, and maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates. This role also offers the opportunity to develop relationships with clients to help grow their business by meeting their staffing needs. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and candidates Ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships Strong organizational and time-management skills Passion for learning and career growth in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sharonville, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
