JOB SUMMARY
The Employment Coordinator is responsible fororder management, sales, excellent customer service and general office duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assisting new applicants with the application process via employee data base Completing pre-employment screenings with applicants to determine their qualifications and skill sets to match with current/new customers Selecting employees for job assignment and making formal job offers to candidates to fill current/new customer requisitions Maintain effective and professional communications with customers daily Manage the onboarding process of new employees and qualifying employees for eligibility to work Ensure accurate payroll system Demonstrating effective listening skills and communicationskills Resolving employee/customer issues in a professional and timely manner Manage payroll processes, resolve any payroll issues in a timely manner Manage company website to ensure current requisitions are visible Drive revenue by reaching all daily, weekly and monthly goalswith new and existing customers. Contribute to overall division profitability by effectively dispatching qualified candidates, telemarketing and reaching employee on assignment goals Provide account management services to customers, including submission of candidates, creation and maintenance of job orders, candidate evaluationand selection and resolving client/candidate issues and questions in a timely manner Maintain an accurate daily productivityreports Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pacedenvironment Performoffice support including organizingand maintaining branch filing system and operation of all office equipment Ensure that company policies, procedures and guidelines are followed to prevent harassment, discrimination, retaliation and to follow correct wage and hour regulations Telemarketing current customers to generate repeat sales, prospective customers to set sales appointment Follow-up with candidates/onboarded employees in a timely manner Ensuring safety standards are met by employees as well as customers; complete yearly safety inspections Assist Career Advocate in recruiting new applicants Building rapport with current/new customers and growing business Self-starter and resourceful; turn problems into opportunities Meets established performance goals, including individual and branch levels Additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) or more years of customer service experience Previous recruiting or hiring experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Previous experience in professional environment preferred
