Job Description
AVI Foodsystems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join our team in Warren, OH. This on-site role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to ensure an effective and efficient partnership Source candidates using online platforms, job boards, referrals, and networking events Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring teams Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records Attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking opportunities as needed Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback Stay up to date on recruiting trends, industry news, and competitive hiring practices Take a proactive and passionate approach to all duties assigned Team members may be required to perform other job duties or meet other requirements as neededRequirements:
1-3 years of recruiting experience, high volume preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. Ability to maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment Must be able to report to the office daily Availability to travel as deemed necessary based on business needsWhat We Offer:
