JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will support the recruitment activities of Victory Energy Operations by sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for several critical functions including Manufacturing, Services, Sales, Engineering and Administrative roles. As a member of the Human Resource Team, this role will also assist with various H.R. initiatives and programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Build strong business relationships with hiring managers within the organization.
  • Conduct initial intake meetings with Managers and Supervisors to clarify job needs, scope of responsibilities and time-to-fill details.
  • Formulate recruitment strategies and activities.
  • Follow-up with candidates and management to drive recruiting efforts forward to completion.
  • Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Collaborate with management to formulate and create candidate offer letters.
  • Attends college job fairs and partner with Technical Schools.
  • Report on Recruiting Metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as required to support the Human Resources Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time-management skills. Good analytical and critical thinking skills, along with a high level of attention to detail. Strong interviewing skills and pro-active follow-up. Willingness and ability to learn and work with new systems. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work history. Strong Corporate Recruiting experience required. Strong Knowledge of Recruiting and Employment practices Ability to source passive candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking Software. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Social Media, Online Recruiting Strategies and Networking. #
