January 2027 About the Role Carl Albert State College, in partnership with Northeastern State University (NSU), is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for a Graduate Assistant position within the Enrollment Management Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in student recruitment and admissions processes while pursuing graduate studies at NSU. Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including campus tours, open houses, and information sessions. Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement outreach strategies targeting prospective students. Engage with high school counselors, community organizations, and prospective students to promote CASC programs and opportunities. Support the admissions process by reviewing applications, communicating with applicants, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with academic advisement by helping prospective and newly admitted students understand degree requirements, register for classes, and develop academic plans in coordination with professional advisors and faculty. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries and providing guidance throughout the admissions process. Analyze recruitment, enrollment, and retention data to inform strategic decision-making, identify trends, and support targeted outreach initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Recruitment to support departmental goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (required). Admission into a graduate program at Northeastern State University by January 2027. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Passion for higher education and commitment to promoting student success. Compensation & Benefits

Full tuition waiver for graduate studies at Northeastern State University. Semester stipend of $3,000. On-campus room and board at Carl Albert State College (
