October 12th This in-office role supports Camden Logistics by finding and hiring dependable drivers and staff for our client accounts. No travel and no weekend work — just consistent weekday hours in a supportive, team-focused environment. Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews Manage candidate records in the applicant tracking system Keep hiring managers and clients informed on pipeline status and open positions Guide new hires through offers, paperwork, and onboarding Provide a professional, courteous experience to every candidate Requirements Preferably 1 year of recruiting Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Willing to make regular phone calls to candidates Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable and punctual Ability to pass a drug test and background check Reliable transportation to and from Tulsa, OK Full-Time Benefits (After 90 Days) Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Competitive salary plus bonuses
