WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll take ownership of the recruiting process and help deliver the level of service that has made Stand-By Personnel a trusted workforce partner.

You'll:

Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place candidates across a variety of industries and skill sets. Build relationships with candidates and become a trusted resource throughout their employment journey. Develop creative recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, community partnerships, and direct outreach. Learn to identify talent—not simply process applications. Understand client businesses, environments, positions, and workforce expectations. Match the right people with the right opportunities. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates. Communicate consistently with candidates, clients, and your internal team. Utilize modern recruiting technology and our ATS to manage candidate activity and opportunities. Track recruiting activity and performance while learning how recruiting metrics drive business results. Participate in team meetings, training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Represent Stand-By Personnel professionally in the community and marketplace. Help us continue building an organization known for exceptional service and exceptional people.
