Onsite Recruiter -

Event Staffing Starting Pay:

$17.00/hour

Schedule:

Open availability required; weekends are required based on event schedules. We are looking for a dependable and organized Onsite Recruiter to support our event staffing operations from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, contact, screen, and process applicants Confirm employees for upcoming events Maintain communication with employees before and during events Report onsite to stadiums and other event locations as needed Manage staff onsite and assist with attendance, call-offs, and replacements Ensure client staffing orders are filled at 120%, including having backups and additional employees ready Process and accurately enter employee hours after events Maintain accurate staffing and employee records Communicate staffing needs and updates with management and the client Assist with additional recruiting and operational duties as needed

Requirements:

Open availability, including weekends Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and comfortable managing large groups of employees Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or event experience is preferred This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling both recruiting and onsite event operations.
