9 month assignment Based in Hillsboro, you will support recruitment assignments across our US operations, sourcing candidates ranging from entry-level technicians to world-class technical professionals supporting some of the world's leading semiconductor equipment and device manufacturing companies. You will be confident networking, building relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and managing recruitment activity from initial sourcing through to successful hire and onboarding. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in the following areas: Direct sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally within semiconductor cleanroom technology. Experience recruiting within other technical industries such as high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, general manufacturing, aerospace, or other technology-focused environments. Experience using online candidate sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, social media, and online databases. Ability to create targeted candidate mailshots and sourcing campaigns using candidate management systems. Experience working closely with hiring managers and HR to manage recruitment requirements and internal promotion processes. Management of candidate and resume databases, including adding new candidates and reviewing existing talent pools for suitability and availability. Pre-screening candidates against current customer and business requirements. Coordinating and scheduling client and hiring manager interviews. Managing the candidate hiring and onboarding process from initial engagement through to start date. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Excellent communication and people skills, with confidence proactively reaching out to and engaging prospective candidates by phone.
