Talent Acquitistion Coordinator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $25.44 to $33.65 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and qualified candidates. Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring team collaboration. Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting records, and onboarding documentation. Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation for a smooth transition. Track recruitment metrics and talent pipelines to improve hiring results. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and confidentiality requirements.

Talent Acquitistion Coordinator Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques, or HR experience. Experience with ATS platforms and HR software Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Oregon and federal employment laws. Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives. SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR/recruiting certification.
