Job Description
Contract Medical Recruiter — Tualatin, OR $30.00/hour
• Full-Time
• Contract Onsite contract recruiter with one of our long-established healthcare clients, working out of their brand-new Tualatin office — a building so new nobody's figured out how to break the coffee machine yet. You'll recruit across their clinics: medical assistants, receptionists, billing specialists, and whatever else opens up. Phone screens, interviews, scheduling with hiring managers, onboarding paperwork, keeping the ATS honest. Department leaders tell you what they need. You go find it. What I'm looking for You've recruited before — staffing, HR, talent acquisition. I don't much care where you learned it. Healthcare recruiting is a plus, but I'll talk to anyone who screens well and follows through. You can carry several open orders without dropping any of them. You return calls. You don't leave candidates guessing. Comfortable in an ATS and the usual recruiting platforms. The openings are real and they're open now. Duration runs as long as the hiring does. Call me for an immediate interview.
