Job Description

The Junior Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, credentialing, and hiring of new caregivers, as well as the submission of caregivers to new contract assignments on behalf of the STAR Manager. Essential Functions of the
Job:
Recruit healthcare professionals for contract assignments across the country through various recruiting platforms Weekly performance requirements (subject to change): Make 125 outbound calls (25 calls/day) Complete 5 interviews / phone screenings (1 interview/day) Assist in hiring 2 new caregivers Generate 10 inquiries for possible contract assignments Submit 10 caregivers to possible contract assignments Follow up with in-process candidates daily to maintain a pipeline of candidates in the onboarding process Perform the following job duties for their STAR Manager's candidates and hired caregivers: Communicate with candidates and hired caregivers to receive necessary credentialing documents Perform credentialing including, but not limited to, OIG, SAM, reference checks, drug screens, and background checks Audit credentialing files Track annual expiring credentials Maintain federal, state, and client-specific compliance requirements Maintain professionalism when communicating with caregivers, clients, and internal employees Perform all other work-related duties required by the STAR Manager / Recruiter Participation in Off-Duty Waiting Time shifts is a requirement. Must assist in answering phone calls and associated troubleshooting tasks when triggered during the waiting to be engaged period Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the
Executive Team Requirements:
Customer service experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
Physical Demands:
Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Work Environment:
Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
