Job Description Recruiter / Onboarding Specialist This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs, and delivering a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and stays current on employment regulations and internal recruitment practices. This role will require travel between multiple site locations in Lancaster County.
Responsibilities: Lead recruitment activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process. Partner with managers and department leaders to define position needs, clarify role requirements, and prepare well-structured job postings. Promote open roles through appropriate advertising channels and maintain visibility across relevant sourcing platforms. Identify and engage talent through multiple sourcing methods to develop diverse and experienced candidate pools. Coordinate interviews with recruitment teams, support scheduling logistics, and participate in discussions with key stakeholders when needed. Maintain recruitment practices that align with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company standards. Build and manage productive relationships with external staffing partners and recruitment vendors. Represent the organization at community recruitment initiatives, including job fairs and recruitment events. Facilitate new employee orientation and contribute to a successful onboarding experience for incoming employees. Organize and support recruitment events designed to attract candidates and fill priority roles efficiently. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred. 3+ years of experience handling full-cycle recruitment in a production or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a range of roles, including high-volume hiring needs. Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience developing sourcing strategies and using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
