International Student Recruiter Erie Prep Academy Erie, PA Job Details Contract $15,000 - $60,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Multilingual Schedule management Organizational skills Prospecting Sales pipeline management Marketing Full Job Description We are seeking a self-directed independent contractor to recruit international students for Erie Preparatory Academy. This is a 1099, commission-based role with no base salary. The contractor will set their own schedule and use their own methods to identify and enroll qualified students. Compensation will be based on a percentage of qualified revenue generated from successful enrollments, as defined in the contract. Position Summary Erie Preparatory Academy is seeking an independent contractor to support international student recruitment efforts. The contractor will identify, engage, and refer prospective international students to EPA, with compensation tied to qualified enrollment outcomes. This role is designed for a self-directed professional who manages their own methods, schedule, and business operations. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute independent recruitment strategies to generate interest in Erie Preparatory Academy among international students and families. Build and maintain relationships with families, agents, counselors, and other referral sources. Share accurate information about EPA programs, admissions requirements, tuition, boarding options, and student services. Guide prospective students through the inquiry and application process. Track recruitment activity and provide regular updates on leads, applications, and enrollments. Coordinate with EPA on approved marketing materials, messaging, and enrollment requirements. Represent EPA professionally and ethically in all outreach. Contractor Status This is an independent contractor role, not an employment position. The contractor controls the manner, timing, and means of performing services, subject only to agreed-upon deliverables and brand or compliance standards. The contractor is responsible for all taxes, business expenses, insurance, tools, and methods used to perform the work. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in student recruitment, international education, admissions, or related relationship-based sales. Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospective families. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with international student enrollment processes preferred. Ability to represent a faith-based educational institution with professionalism and mission alignment. Preferred Qualifications Existing network of international recruitment contacts or agencies. Experience working with boarding schools, preparatory academies, or K-12 international programs. Familiarity with admissions systems, student placement, or educational consulting. Multilingual ability is a plus. Compensation Structure The contractor will be paid a percentage of eligible revenue generated from students who enroll through the contractor's efforts, subject to the terms of a written independent contractor agreement. The agreement should define what counts as qualified revenue, when payment is earned, and any exclusions such as refunds or withdrawn enrollments.
