Contract Recruiter - Philadelphia, PA (On-Site) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative for an upcoming major election project in Philadelphia. This role is fully on-site in Center City Philadelphia and will operate on a 4-6-week contract, starting early April. The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle recruitment experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment for major election-related staffing needs Job Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs. Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires. Complete and verify documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems and tracking tools. Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet project timelines and staffing goals. Adapt quickly and perform efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Job Requirements 2-3 years of HR or recruiting experience (required).
Proven experience in:
Full-cycle recruitment Onboarding processes I-9 compliance High-volume hiring HR data entry and documentation Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work fully on-site, Monday-Friday. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and in a fast-moving environment.
