Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The TA specialist will partner with leaders and HR business partners to directly source and recruit exempt and non-exempt positions across North American locations and branches. The specialist plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting the organization's growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment process for assigned requisitions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes and selection criteria. Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other creative methods. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings. Ensure compliance with all employment laws, state laws, regulations and internal policies. Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing timely feedback and updates. Maintain accurate and up to date information in the applicant tracking system.
Required Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study 3 or more years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle sourcing/recruiting.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, job boards, social media, networking platforms, applicant tracking systems and recruiter. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with that ability to build relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners and candidates. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Work Environment:
