Market Area Director of Admin About the Opportunity We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruiting efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in recruiting, human resources, business, or operations who wants hands-on experience working directly with candidates and hiring leaders. This is not an internship where you'll spend your time watching from the sidelines. You'll have the opportunity to actively participate in the recruiting process, help build candidate pipelines, communicate with applicants, coordinate interviews, and contribute directly to bringing new employees onto our team. You'll receive training and guidance while also having the opportunity to take ownership of your work and see the impact of your efforts. What You'll Do Review incoming applications and resumes for open positions Reach out to applicants and prospective candidates Conduct initial candidate phone screens Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Help maintain an organized and active candidate pipeline Re-engage previous applicants and potential candidates Assist with job postings and recruiting activities Support hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate information Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding candidate activity Help ensure candidates receive timely, professional communication throughout the process Assist with offer and onboarding coordination as needed Participate in recruiting projects and process improvements What We're Looking For You don't need previous recruiting experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who is: Interested in recruiting, Human Resources, business, or a related career path Comfortable speaking with new people by phone, email, and text Friendly, professional, and confident in their communication Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable working independently once trained Motivated by goals and results Willing to learn and receive feedback Familiar with Microsoft Office or similar business applications Previous customer service, administrative, sales, recruiting, or HR experience is a plus, but not required .
