Job Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates

Match talent with open positions

Build strong relationships with clients and associates

Manage staffing requests and scheduling

Process payroll and maintain accurate records

Utilize recruiting and staffing platforms, including ATS.

Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and exceptional service

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

Customer service, recruiting, or sales experience

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for occasional local travel

Associate Requirements

HS Diploma or GED

Background Check

Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
