What You'll Do As a Nationwide Automotive Recruiter, you'll manage the recruiting process while building relationships with candidates across the country.

You will:

Make 60-80 outbound recruiting calls per day Source and engage automotive professionals nationwide Interview and qualify candidates for dealership opportunities Match candidates with positions based on experience, goals and dealership needs Write creative, attention-grabbing job advertisements Post and promote openings across job boards and social media Utilize social media to identify and engage potential candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate information, notes and activity within our ATS Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with offer negotiations and candidate onboarding Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of automotive talent Build long-term relationships with candidates and dealership partners Collaborate with our recruiting team to meet hiring goals and client expectations Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is driven, outgoing, organized and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

You should be:

Confident and professional on the phone Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls Competitive and motivated by goals Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly Comfortable using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms Creative when writing and marketing job opportunities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to multitask and manage multiple open positions Persistent with follow-up Professional in both written and verbal communication Coachable and willing to learn Positive, dependable and team-oriented Motivated by uncapped earning potential Experience Previous automotive recruiting, dealership, staffing, sales, HR, BDC, customer service or high-volume phone experience is a plus—but not required for the right person. Automotive industry knowledge is highly preferred. Experience with the following is also a plus: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) CRM systems Indeed LinkedIn Social media recruiting Candidate sourcing Lead generation High-volume outbound calling Requirements Must be available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM This is an in-office position in Surprise, Arizona Must have a laptop Must have reliable transportation Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude Must possess a strong work ethic and willingness to be held accountable to performance goals Compensation & Benefits $36,000•90,000+ annual earning potential Your compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based bonuses.
