Accepting Applications Position Description QPS Employment Group is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter-Bridge fully remote. We are looking for a passionate individual who is motivated, goal-driven, committed to hard work, and can embrace change. The Bilingual Recruiter-Bridge provides recruitment and sourcing support to branch offices to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role partners closely with branch teams by sourcing candidates, supporting hiring initiatives, and assisting with hiring events. The Bilingual Recruiter-Bridge plays a critical role in maintaining strong communication, candidate pipelines, and recruitment momentum across the organization. This is a permanent full-time, internal opportunity with QPS. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 1st shift, and must be flexible to work 40-45 hours a week, coming in early or staying late if needed. Job Responsibilities:

Maintain clear and proactive communication regarding weekly availability, including scheduled days and hours.

Attend huddles and team meetings as available.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with Talent Resources Team, Manager, and branch teams through email, Microsoft Teams as needed.

Source qualified candidates through applicant databases, online recruiting platforms, social media, employee referrals, cold calling, job fairs, and other recruiting activities.

Conduct candidate screening and evaluation activities, including resume reviews, phone screenings, interviews, and required pre-employment processes.

Accurately document candidate interactions, action items, and communication summaries within the applicant tracking system and employee database.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout different processes.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
